Information Gathering and Usage
When you register with the Company we may ask for information such as your name, location, and email address. You may also choose to provide information requests to a specific App My Community Location. We may also ask you to create a username and a password.
All personal information provided to the Company is hereinafter referred to as Personal Data. We will store all of this information. We use collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact and research. We do not share your personal information with unrelated third parties unless explicitly approved by you.
Aggregated Personal Data: In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the Services, Websites and App My Community Apps, the Company often conducts research on its customer demographics, interests and behavior based on the Personal Data and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis, and the Company may share this aggregate data with its affiliates, agents and business partners. This aggregate information does not identify you personally. The Company may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.
Location Data: Our Service, Websites and/or App My Community Apps may collect and use your location data (for example, by using the GPS on your mobile device) to provide certain functionality of our Service. If you choose to enable our location features, your location information is used only to target important push notifications to you when you are on property. This location data is used only to provide you a better user experience and is not publicly displayed or shared with other users. We may also use your location information in an aggregate way, as described above in the “Aggregated Personal Data” section.
Images and Photos: App My Community Apps may ask for and collect images and photos (for example, Costume Contest Judging or Golf Cart, Site, or Christmas Lights Decorations ). If you choose to upload any photos to any App My Community Apps, the App My Community Location will have access to these photos and may use them for social media or marketing. App My Community will not use these images for any purpose without your written consent.
Google Analytics: The Websites use Google Analytics to track statistics regarding our audience and Website traffic. No personally identifiable information is transferred from the Website to Google Analytics. For more information on Google’s Analytics privacy policies, please visit this site.
Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data and Other Information
We may use your email address to send you information about our Services or to market to you. You may unsubscribe from these messages by following the instructions contained within the messages. In addition, if at any time you wish not to receive any future marketing communications or you wish to have your name deleted from our mailing lists, please contact us as at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you email us with a request or question or have provided us with your email address, we may keep your message, email address and contact information to respond to your request or otherwise follow up with you.
The Company will not sell, distribute, or reveal users’ email addresses or other personal information, except when required by law, without their consent. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your personal data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:

You can visit the Websites without providing any Personal Data. If you choose not to provide any Personal Data, you may not be able to use certain Services. You may request deletion of your personal information by sending an email to email@example.com, but in some cases, we may be required to keep your information by law. In such a case, it would no longer be active and would be kept separately in an archive.
App My Community Locations
Upon accessing the App My Community Apps, you may be presented with a list of App My Community Locations. Upon selection of a App My Community Location, you will receive information related to that particular App My Community Location. Upon accessing a App My Community Location, you will be able to access messages posted by the App My Community Location and access other data related thereto. The App My Community Locations will not have access to your personal information, unless you provide it directly to the App My Community Location. In the event that you release personal information to a App My Community Location and such information is wrongly disclosed, we are not required to litigate or otherwise pursue any wrongful disclosure of your data and information.
We use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our services. We do not transfer ownership of any code, databases, Website rights or data to any third-party vendors or hosting partners.
We may collect information about the device you are using when accessing the Products, including what type of device it is, what operating system you are using, device settings, unique device identifiers, and crash data. Whether we collect some or all of this information often depends on what type of device you are using and its settings. Neither the Websites, the App My Community Apps nor the Services are directed to people under the age of 13. We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to use our Website or Services or collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account.
